Self managed ,Unit 104 beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom one story villa in peaceful, tranquil garden area of Jamaica Royale! The Condominiums at Jamaica Royale are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico along the award winning white crystal sands of world-famous Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota, Florida . A barrier island on Florida’s West coast, considered the most beautiful of Florida’s barrier islands, Siesta Key’s beach boasts “the world’s finest and whitest sand”. Jamaica Royale is located on a private lane that leads directly to the beach
 no through traffic and no streets to cross ~ just a short stroll to the famed white sands of Siesta Key Beach.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath tropical garden condo was completely renovated during fall 2022 and then renovated again back to it's splendor in Spring 2025. We welcome you all to our property at Jamaica Royale and Siesta Key!

We invite you to enjoy this fabulous 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor/single story unit located in the beautifully landscaped garden area of the development. A five to eight-minute walk to pristine Siesta Key Beach with private access from Jamaica Royale.

This condominium has sprawling porcelain floors throughout, a spacious and modern eat-in-kitchen with lots of storage including a large pantry! The kitchen and dining areas are well equipped with all necessary cookware and utensils, dishes, and silverware also included is coffee maker, keurig ,toaster and of course a blender!

The PRIMARY BEDROOM has a comfortable king size bed as well as lots of storage by way of large dresser, side tables and spacious closet. A 42" smart television is featured in this room. The en-suite bathroom has a fabulous spacious walk in shower with both hand-held and rain-head shower head from the ceiling and a large vanity.

The GUEST BEDROOM offers two comfortable queen size beds. A 42" smart TV is featured in this bedroom. Large dresser and closet for ample storage. The spacious guest bathroom is directly across the hall. It features a bathtub/shower with handheld and shower head.

The linen closet in the hallway provides lots of storage space as well as beach towels and an iron! Ironing board in primary closet.

The private patio features a dining table and chairs with seating for six and an umbrella and a lounge chair for you to enjoy and relax. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden area while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

This condo has dedicated high-speed Internet with its own private secure Wi-Fi. Just scan the router to get connected!

This unit is equipped with the convenience of a washer/dryer and a drying rack stored in the primary bedroom closet.

Living room area has comfortable seating as well as a writing desk to catch up on emails.

We provide all the amenities to enhance your beach vacation:
* beach chairs
* beach towels
* beach umbrella
* beach wagon and cooler!

Don't want to go to the beach? Enjoy a swim in one of the three fresh water, heated pools on the grounds. There are two BBQ grills on site you are welcome to use; brand new BBQ grill by the office and the other is located by the beach.

There are two shuffleboard courts near the office for your enjoyment.

Beautifully designed public tennis courts are a short walk from Jamaica Royale and you can find tennis racquets in the linen closet if you are inclined to play!

Siesta Key Village is 1.3 miles from the condo with an array of fabulous restaurants to choose from!

On arrival In the unit, a starter supply of the following Items are available to make your stay more comfortable.

Communication with Rita was great! Our flight was delayed but Rita stayed up late to ensure that we got into the condo okay. We had everything we needed on site, and more! The condo was really well equipped, and obviously updated, and the grounds of the kind of community were really nice. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach! My only request for Rita would be provide a more detailed list about amenities on the property listing – I was trying to plan ahead and bought or brought some items that I ultimately didn't need because you had provided, but I didn't know with enough lead time, such as a beach umbrella and beach towels. Maybe this can be shared with renters at the time of booking.

Was great .beautiful condo with full amenities and kitchen items, towels, etc were plentiful. The walk to the beach was quite long . Pools were nice . My main comment about the housing is that the glossy floor i(,though attractive) is potentially dangerous if the floor gets wet- easy to slip and fall . (Did). Strongly suggest a larger rug in the master bathroom for safety purposes. Loved being in Siesta Key - first visit. We loved Detwiler’s!

Beautiful condo near the beach

Rita's place was absolutely spotless! The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It was a peaceful getaway by the ocean. The kids loved having 3 pools to choose from and all the extras available to use on the beach. It is at least a five minute walk to the beach, but it made us get plenty of exercise every day. We really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key.

After Christmas Getaway

We know Siesta Key since we have been there a few times. Rita’s place was great. Couldn’t have been better.

We will DEFINTELY be back!

We were regular holiday vacationers to FMB, and after Ian took our memories away we decided to start new and our first trip to SKB was AMAZING! It was like a long-lost gem of a beach we’ve never experienced. Rita’s condo is beautiful, perfectly equipped with all that our family of 4 could need. The fresh decor, the clean interior, the amentities - including in-condo washer and dryer (which not all units have), plus the ease to get to the beach. A short walk with the provided beach wagon, with all the beach toys available in the storage bin made our 9 & 12 year olds day. The 3 pools offered a reprieve from the sand, and we’re just a short walk from the unit. Parking is right outside the door, as is the trash, so it really made it so accommodating. The Trolley or Frog Hop means you don’t need to drive - just hop on at a nearby bus stop & head into the village for breakfast, lunch and dinner or ice cream! The Siesta Village grocery is stocked well, so take the trolley to get your daily needs, or walk 1 mile along the beach into town. Many of the condo neighbors were so nice - even commenting how wonderful the condo is - and it was an overall welcoming, safe and beautiful trip. We will DEFINITELY return to SKB, and while this resort does not allow dogs (which our next trip we will bring them) if we decide to vacation without our fur children we will surely book Rita’s condo. Rita was so nice and responsive to any inquiries. Thank you for such a lovely Christmas holiday!

So much more than we expected

We were impressed the minute we walked through the front door. The place was spotless. Very spacious with two big bedrooms. The bathrooms were great, especially the ensuite which had a wonderful walk in shower. The whole place was well stocked and had all we needed. The property was well kept and the three pools were always clean and always warm As for the beach, it was spectacular! Have never seen such white sand. Lawn chairs were there for the taking and supplied by the resort. We loved it and are already picking our dates to return next year.
