If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Springbreak getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this condo! It’s a great location and the condo had everything we needed. It was great to rent a golf cart to drive from our place to the village area too. The condo is walking distance to restaurants, the beach and shops. The pool offers a nice break from the beach. The large balcony was a nice surprise that I didn’t see pictured. Plenty of towels and all the cooking essentials I needed. I loved the ability to use the cooler and beach chairs and umbrella too. Our only complaint was the bug bites we got from the beach, other than that we couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for letting us experience your beautiful place.

Extremely nice and comfortable

We’ve stayed in four other Siesta Key locations on past Spring Break trips. Our stay at The Anchorage was by far the best. The check-in and checkout process was SIMPLE. The condo was very nice and clean. The property is well cared for and secure and the location is perfect.

Overall condo was great. However, since it is designed for 6 occupants, it would be better if there were 6 dining chairs. Need TV usage instructions!! Beach supplies were great and beach access was fantastic!! Global representatives were very responsive to our initial cleanliness complaint.

Sunshine and Relaxation

My boyfriend and I stayed for 6 days. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Very cute and comfy. The location was amazing. The beach was right across the road and many places to eat and drink within walking distance. It is also only about 5 minutes from Siesta Key Village. We had an issue with the access gate to the condo getting in the first day. We were not given the correct code but fortunately there was a call button and we were able to get it. I highly recommend anyone who is crossing the street to get to the beach with beach gear and small children to go north down to the cross wal instead of following the crossing instructions given in the welcome book. Traffic stops immediately and so much safer. We will definitely stay here again!! Tara M Illinois visitor

The condo was very nice, clean and as advertised. The king bed was very comfortable. The grounds well kept and very pretty. The pool was great, as were all the owners and renters we encountered, especially Mike and Joanne in #606. Good restaurants and shopping.

Great location

Perfect for a week at the beach for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The pool is nice and warm, and the beach <10 mins walk. Plenty of pool and beach toys. A few decent places to eat nearby. Highway side of the building gets a lot of traffic noise, FYI.

Siesta keys

The location was ideal for the on site amenities, and easy bench access. The property could have been more modern, with up todate furnishings and the smoke smell removed, but aside from that it was convenient, and a safe location for my family.
