The location is ideal for those who want to explore the local area. It's less than a mile away from Crescent Village, where guests can enjoy a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Crescent Beach and Point of Rocks are less than a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to the beach and crystal-clear waters. Siesta Key Village and Siesta Key Beach are also just a short drive away.

Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

NEED TO KNOW: This home is a part of a duplex unit, meaning that it could share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, and/or amenities with another unit(s). When renting this unit, you will have access to the left side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the left backyard and pool area, along with the entire 3rd floor of the 3 story building. Location was great. The house was beautiful and had a lot of room. We used the pool a lot even though we went to the beach every day. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas were used on each beach trip. The only thing I would suggest is to put curtains or blinds up in the living room patio doors. Its an open concept and you can see right in the living room, dining room, and kitchen at night. There were curtain rods up but nothing there.

Best bacation

It was excellent. It is a 2 min walk to the beach. No need for a car. The bikes are great! There is a free shuttle to go wherever you want. The pool was bigger than we thought. No need for a golf cart. There is no parking at beach, and still difficult finding a parking spot at restaurants. The setup is great, and elevator is a God sent.

great townhome

Townhome as super nice with 2 masters and 2 other bedrooms. Great kitchen with all the tools you need. The furniture has a little wear and tear and the elevator was not working while were there which would have been good to know before we got there. There are 3 flights of stairs to manage and with an eldery dog and someone recovering form a knee injury, it was not ideal. The management was responsive but unforturantley could not repair the elevator while were there due to a back of help given the recent damage from the hurricanes. The pool and room off the pool was great. The garage stocked with a cooler, full fridge and beach chairs - such a great bonus. Loved the little neighborhood and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely go back.

Was a simple process to check in and the management company was super attentive. If we had a question they answered almost immediately. Helped find close restaurants as we are from out of town got us the closest grocery store to have groceries delivered. Townhome was extremely nice and the elevator a godsend. It really is a quiet area and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very pleased with the property and would definitely do again. If flying in close to check in I would use ubers from airport as we rented a suburban and drove it 2-3 times total to go to get a few items. Ubers are the way to go. Very pleased!!!

The property was very clean and spacious and in a safe neighborhood. We easily walked to the beach every day. The bicycles, wagon, cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated. We highly recommend this home.

Great Vacation!

We loved the house! The location was great, loved having all the beach toys for use without having to bring them from home, communication with management and was great! The rooms were all a great size, comfortable beds, plenty of regular towels abs beach towels, and the kids loved getting in the pool after a beach day. Would love to stay here again!

Property was amazing! Great, short walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. The kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking all of our meals. Perfect for a large family gathering.!

Beautiful House

My girlfirends and I rented this space for a Fall Break get away. The space was clean and lovely. The pool area was beautiful but extremely shady, so it was a bit hard to get some rays. It was close walking distance to the beach, but the Red Tide was awful during our stay, so we stuck by the pool or tried other beaches. The trolley's were great.

The only thing wrong with the vacation was it went to fast. The house was great! It had everything you needed. The beach was a short walk from the house. My 2 and 4 year old grandchildren could make the walk. Perfect beach for young kids. Great snorkeling. Will definitely be back.

Just the Neighbors

The first impression when you walk in for the first time is amazing. The location of it was perfect. A half mile walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The walk to the beach is event shorter. I’m not sure of my favorite thing about the place: the balcony, the pool patio(fridge and TV), the kitchen, or the beach cruisers. Too hard to choose. The communication with the concierge was quick and instant. We can’t wait to stay again!

Incredible rental

We had the best visit to Siesta Keys. Our first time. The rental is immaculate, spacious and beautiful. Communicating with the rental property staff was so easy. We even had cupcakes awaiting our arrival for two special birthdays. I can’t wait to get back!

Great Place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying here. Had everything we needed, plenty of space and great location. Useful having the elevator, bit tricky first time but all good after that. Stronger water pressure in the showers wouldn't go amiss but nothing that's going to spoil your stay. Great to have the extra goodies in the garage for going to the beach. All in all it was a great stay and would definitely come back again.
