Bedrooms and living room have been updated with new furniture, flat screen TV’s, window treatments and ceiling fans. Beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and new cabinetry. Updated bathrooms with new vanities and bath tub/shower combo with modern glass shower doors in the master bath. The enclosed lanai has luxurious and comfortable seating so that you can enjoy the beautiful view along our private canal water way. Stay connected with free wireless internet, phone and cable services. This unit does not have a washer and dryer inside the unit, however a laundry room is conveniently located right next door to this unit. This unit in located on the Bay Side of the property in building 5 on the 2nd floor and is in very close walking distance to the pool, club house, fitness center, main office and to our private beach located across the street. Great stay

The condo was beautiful, clean & convenient to everything. Staff at the property were very nice & helpful. The only complaint was the beds were not comfortable but doable. I would definitely return to stay here again.
