Spacious extended living area with view of boat docks and canal. King bed in master bedroom, with all new carpet. Tub/Shower (with grab bar) in newly remodeled master bathroom. Two Twin beds in guest bedroom. Walk-in shower in all new remodeled guest bathroom. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Bath towels, bed linens and beach towels all included. Cable TV, phones and complimentary Wi-Fi. Nearby heated pool, fitness room and clubhouse with Wi-Fi plus computer and printer. Two tennis courts on property as well as rental office open 6 days a week. Short walk over to our Gulf Side location for access to our World-Famous, Award-Winning, Private, Crystal White-Sand Beach!
