There’s even a putting green on site to polish your golf skills. Families can decide between enjoying the private pool, nearby beach, charter boats, eco tours, or shopping and dining. Challenge your guests to some friendly competition via the arcade Pac Man or Golden Tee Golf games located right in the lower level!

Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat set in front of a large flat-screen TV. For your viewing pleasure, watch your favorite movies, enjoy complimentary Youtube TV or local channel programming on Roku. Past the living area, you`ll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 8 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the natural setting as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the newly updated stainless-steel appliances.

Bask in the sun when you head out to the open and airy patio to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool (inquire for pool heat pricing). Let your spa treatment continue as you progress into the soothing hot tub. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs. Outdoor living at its best!

When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. Want a large family meal? Make use of the Crock Pot Slow Cooker. Brew your morning coffee using the provided Keurig coffee maker.

After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The master has a king bed, second bedroom a king, third bedroom a king, fourth has two twin beds, and the fifth has 2 Twin XL over Queen Bunk Beds. Room for everybody! What’s more, two twin rollaway beds are also provided featuring super comfy memory foam!

Your family can tour the key on the 5 provided “Beach Cruiser” bicycles parked in the garage awaiting your adventure. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach wagon, pool toys, etc. are also included.

Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you`ll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer. No need to fumble with keys and lock boxes as this rental is equipped with quick & easy keyless entry.

Outside:

The home is set back from the street with a deep, palm-filled front yard. Behind the house are a shady pool, hot tub, and putting green! The house is at the end of a private canal and driveway parking.


Inside:

The updated, top-of-the-line, windowed kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and all useful gadgets, and terrific cooking and eating counter space. The kitchen storage exceeds any renter`s needs!

The kitchen is open to the dining/living room, with large dining area, TV, working fireplace, and pool views. The entire living room opens through sliding doors to the balcony above the patio with a lovely view of the canal, with another roomy dining table and separate seating area. Proximity to the living room is ideal for entertaining: opening the sliding door brings the outside into the whole living space, and island breezes fill the porch all evening. Off the porch, back stairs lead directly to the pool area.

Very nice place!

It was bigger than we expected. Plenty of rooms and beds. Very clean and well setup. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

Great house, terrible management team. Be aware, the home across the street is being torn down. For my stay that meant the daily 7 am wake up call of concrete slab being jackhammered out and dropped into a dump truck. For future stays it will mean the sounds associated with the new build. Of more importance is terrible property management company. The AC went out, in response the management team scheduled its repair after my departure was scheduled, and asked me to stay to let the service people in (11 am check out, they set the appointment for 4:30- 5 pm). Writing this, I still find it hard to believe that was what they proposed. Moreover, the locks automatically deactivate your code at 11 am. For me this meant that I had to spend a half hour waiting to get back in for something that was left inside (I would have thought this would be resolved in 5 minutes). Finally, the management team promised calls back to address these concerns, yet they did not call back. It is clear that this management team is there to do nothing more than apologize and try to get the customer off the phone without any action being taken to resolve issues. I would be sure to avoid staying until the owner replaces the property management team.

What a beautiful property! I did however notice first alert cameras in the unit and put those away until we left, so I hope that was okay.. a lil embarrassing, but I didn’t really trip if yall use that when ur there.

Girls Trip

11 of us went for a girls trip and had an amazing time. The house is absolutely beautiful. The house was very clean with the perfect amount of space for the 11 of us. The pool was perfect for a relaxing day. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would stay again!

Great House on Siesta Key

I stayed here with 12 women for a girls trip and we had an amazing time! We wished it had been a bit closer to the beach (about a 20 min walk) but it wasn't too far with all the means of transport around the island including trolleys who work on cash tips and ubers. It was about a 15 min walk to the downtown strip. The house was very spacious and clean, it looked even better in person and was decorated well. The only comment is the house is listed to sleep 14 people and I am happy we only had 12. The beds comfortably sleep 8 and then there are 2 roll-away cots and 2 pull-out couches. The cots were OK. One of them was fine and the other folded into itself so not very comfortable. The downstairs did not have a pull out but more of a couch that can be used as a bed on the cushions. Luckily it wasn't really an issue for our group. But there were not enough blankets and pillows, had we needed to utilize all of the extra sleeping spaces. Also, the listing advertised 13 bikes, and there were not as many working locks as we needed to use the bikes so we didn't really get to utilize those. The pool and hot tub were great we loved spending time outside. The neighborhood was also quiet but anyone we encountered was very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and we cant wait to go back to Siesta Key!
