Our stay was wonderful Anyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. I did leave my sweater there by mistake and almost got it back but communication wasnt clear and it didnt work out. All in all a great week!! We didnt use the pool - went to the beach everyday but it looked very nice.
Location was good and remarkably quiet, considering that we were on such a busy street. The condo had a spacious kitchen with well stocked supplies. The beach was across the street but only a few minutes walk. That's where the positives ended, however.
When we walked in it stunk of mildew and an unclean bathroom. We aired the place out and could quickly see that the musty smell was due to ancient wall to wall carpeting in the bedroom, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been updated in years. The shower had black mold in all of the crevices. The toilet area of the bathroom smelled of stale urine. I'm sure we weren't the first people to notice this because there was a large tub of some sort of "odor eating" substance sitting on top of the toilet tank. The master bath had two sinks which was nice, but only one of them had a functioning drain. (And yes we could have alerted management and had them fix that, but who really wants to coordinate a maintenance job when you're trying to enjoy a few days of vacation. We just used the other sink.)
All three of the mattresses felt old and lumpy. Between the musty carpet/mold smell and the low quality mattresses, it was tough to sleep. And there's really not much of an excuse for an out-of-date mattress now that you can get good quality foam ones for a few hundred dollars.
The whole place was poorly cleaned and very dusty.
Overall I wouldn't recommend this unit.
