Walk to siesta beach from this stylish village house. Perfect for couples and group trips. The home is in a central location on Siesta key. Walking distance to Siesta Key village and beach access 7 (less than 1/2 mile).Enjoy the oversized private patio and with garden views or hop on a bike to siesta beach in less than 5 minutes. Both Siesta Key village and Beach access 7 are less than 1/2 mile from the home. Bikes available onsite ($40 per bike per stay by ven.)Unique and newly redesigned ground level unit. Lovely wood floors and a kitchen with an electric stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Accommodates 2-5 guests with 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, and a couch bed. It is located on the ground level of the home with slider doors that open to a spacious patio and backyard. Please note there is a separate rental unit above, with a separate entrance . There is a washer and dryer at the entrance located in the garage that is shared and available for use from 3-8 pm daily. **Beach Gear items include only towels at this time.** beach cruiser rental please give 24 hour notice. Our host Jayme was very responsive and her place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was located in the queen bedroom. It was in a convenient location to beach and downtown. Would recommend this place if you are staying in siesta key. Also highly recommend Spearfish Restaurant, The Cottage, Gilligan’s Island and The Village for breakfast.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay. I would have loved a more inviting outside space, such as a jacuzzi but understood that wasn't part of it upon booking. A few small things didn't work (bathroom outlet and shower temp was opposite) but we had a really nice time. Jayme was a wonderful host and very accommodating and great communication. Great and affordable stay for a weekend in our favorite place!

Lovely Home Away from Home

Absolutely pristine and beautifully appointed property. The bed was extremely comfortable with the softest sheets we have ever slept in! We loved it!! We could not have asked for a better place to stay—close to beautiful Beach Access #7 and near all the local restaurants and shops. We were happy to leave our car and get a little exercise and see our surroundings.

This property is nestled in a cute, quiet neighborhood and is within a 10 minute walk to the beach/restaurants/entertainment. The washer/dryer was a great amenity after a day at the beach!

Great stay!

This place was clean, updated, and with a nice patio. It’s very close to Siesta Village with good shopping and many bars/restaurants. The beach is fairly close, about a 15 minute walk and had wonderful white, soft sand. The host was very accommodating.

Very Cute Place Near Lovely Downtown Siesta Key

This was our second time staying on Siesta Key. It’s a wonderful place to be near the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. This home was within walking distance to both of the above while also offering privacy. The larger bedroom with windows looking out to the shell garden was beautiful. The rest of the property was modernized and pretty well-maintained. I docked one star for cleanliness because the floor was a little dirty/sticky/sandy
 Upstairs neighbors were also a little noisy, considering there was supposed to be “quiet hours”. Otherwise the place was amazing.

It was a great little vacation spot. Very easy to check in and out and good communication. About a 10-15 min walk to the beach. About a 8-10 min walk to the village. Would stay here again!
