Every day of your stay also includes a free activity and round-trip airport transportation through our Xplorie program (details below). Siesta Breakers puts you directly on one of the world's best beaches, in a gated community built for an easy, beach-first stay.



This 5th-floor, 2-bedroom condo has Gulf views from the primary bedroom and the screened lanai. Recently updated with new tile flooring in both bedrooms and new blinds throughout (completed end of 2025).



Sleeps up to 6, most comfortable for 4:

-Primary bedroom: King bed, Gulf views, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower

-Guest bedroom: Two twin beds, tub/shower bathroom

-Living room: Queen sleeper sofa (best for kids or occasional extra guests)



Kitchen, Living and Dining

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dining for 4 at the table plus 3 more at the breakfast bar. Living area with cable TV opens directly onto the screened lanai and Gulf views.

Guests may notice some construction noise during working hours, but the beach, pool, tennis courts, and all community amenities remain open and available throughout.

-Xplorie activities and airport transportation are not available for stays of 25 nights or longer
