The unit was well kept and updated. Beautiful condo! They had everything in unit! Very comfortable and tasteful decorated. The view was amazing! Bus stop was convenient to go to village. Washer and dryer unit was on each floor, coin operated and didn’t work well. Other than that it was perfect and would love to come back!

Very nice condo in a great location

A few general comments FYI The TV in the living room was excellent . When it worked ! After about days we finally determined that in order to use the tv remote you had to reposition the Sound Bar back under the tv otherwise the soundbar was interfering with the remote signal. The tall light in the living room was not working even after we changed bulbs and removed the plug and reinserted same This is no big deal but did prevent anyone from reading in that area We would certainly consider returning to this Condo. Thanks Dave This info for the benefit of future tenents

Winter break from snow!

We had wonderful time at this location, quiet yet close enough to activities and restaurants that made it the perfect setting. The apartment was clean and well updated, totally enjoyable all around. We will be back and for much longer than 2 weeks!

Siesta Key Vacation

My wife and I enjoyed our four week stay on Siesta Key at the Bay Tree Club. The fifth floor unit had exquisite views of the gulf waters and each evening we enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the sunset. The two bedroom unit was clean and comfortable.

Fabulous stay

We LOVED our beautiful condo being right on the ocean. The views were incredible! The location on siesta key was very peaceful, but only 5 minutes away from all action of that’s what you wanted! We loved every minute and will def return next year.

Beautiful Sunsets from the balcony

Sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. Condo was neat, clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped. Appreciate the cooler, beach bag etc. Beach cabana has everything you need for the beach - beach chairs, umbrellas, surf board. Beach was by far quietest beach on siesta key, Sarasota. The beach wasn’t the prettiest one, beach sand was on the browner side. We traveled to many beaches nearby during the busy times(winter break). But this was the less crowded beach. Enjoyed spending our time here.

A great place to stay

The Bay Tree Club is a beautiful place to stay. The grounds are immaculate. The beach is very private and clean. Our unit was terrific. It was clean and very well stocked. We liked being in this part of the key where it was quiet and secluded, yet close to town. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Noise next door

The property was nice enough although it would have been nice to know that we would not be on a nice white sandy beach but rather on brown sand. The day we arrived there was construction going on right next door to us. My 32 year old son was having ear surgery and we had hammers, drills etc going on plus my 3 year old granddaughter could not nap. We left after 3 days, were supposed to have been there 10 days but could not tolerate it. The company refunded me for the days that we did not stay which I deeply appreciated however I believe we should have been refunded for the entire visit because it most certainly was not what we paid for! The management I will say was very nice and I am thankful for that! Kathryn Bender

I cannot say enough about this beach and the condo! The condo was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and so very comfortable. It made for a wonderful week of relaxation! The private beach was absolutely perfect we really enjoyed how quiet it was. The people at this condo unit were so friendly and helpful. We had no issues with our booking and everything was in place just as it was stated it would be. We loved this trip so much it would definitely go down in the books as our very favorite vacation ever! We hope to be back next year! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
