All hyper-allergenic bedding, no feathers!
Occupancy of 4 people maximum. This townhouse also offers 2 balconies (Gulf, pool and garden views.) Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer, 2 flat screen TV’s (YouTube), complimentary parking (1 car), 5G WiFi and A/C.
Sorry absolutely no pets!
Beach chairs and sun umbrellas, a pack & play and a high chair are available at no extra charge.
Our little paradise also offers a beautiful heated black bottom waterfall pool (usage at tenant’s risk, and children under 12 years only with adults) and award winning landscaping with a gas BBQ grill (to be used at tenant’s risk).
The pool is shared between our 2 duplexes only.
During high season (February - April ) we rent from Saturday - Saturday exclusively.
