This lovely condo has wonderful terrace with view to the Lake and Corvatsch. Very clean and updated bathroom and floors. The only negative was the screeching bed. Although a bit older, the complex is run very efficiently. Location is absolutely perfect for skiing at Corvatsch, Corviglia and Diavolezza/Lagalb, hiking, easy access to St. Moritz, Sils and the frozen lakes. Excellent transportation. The complex is on the main bus line and there is a free shuttle between Corvatsch and Silvaplana.
Die Beschreibung der Fewo ist irrefĂŒhrend, da 1 Zimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Schlafzimmer benannt wird. Das Schlafzimmer ist jedoch Teil des einen Zimmers und nicht ein separater Raum.

Traumhafte Aussicht
Mit öV eher kompliziert zu erreichen. Wohnungsaufgang ebenfalls Lift gibts nur teilweise. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein. Bett nimmt zu viel Platz ein. Zusatzbett und normales Bett wĂ€r besser. Ich hab bestellt mit 2 Einzelbetten, dann wurde umgebaut ohne mich zu informieren. Jetzt ist der Preis fĂŒr Single zu teuer zu zweit ok. Ausser BĂ€ckerei keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, der ist aber top.

Accoglienza perfetta
Appartamento splendido, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario; corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Location splendida, da segnalare diversi scalini per accedere all'appartamento. Rinnovato di recente, ottimo stato con bagno nuovo e letto comodo. Un balcone con vista montagne arricchisce l'appartamento che pur essendo un monolocale Ăš ben organizzato con l'area cucina separato dal letto. Da consigliare.
Eine kleine, praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Wurde renoviert und durch den Wegfall des Schrankbettes hat die Wohnung an QualitĂ€t gewonnen. Ausstattung der KĂŒche war etwas knapp.
Die Wohnung ist relativ klein. Es hat zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten fĂŒr die Kleider, hat ein etwas unpraktischer Esstisch aber ein neues Badezimmer.

Leider nicht die reservierte Wohnung
Das reservierte Zimmer (58-4) war nicht verfuegbar und wir kriegten ein anderes Zimmer. In dieser Wohnung ging das Internet nicht, es hatte auch keine Aussicht. Dazu kommt, dass das Haus sehr ringhoerig ist. Das Zimmer waere sonst eigentlich ok.

Viele Treppen bis zum sehr kleinen Lift.
Eingang via Garagendecks, da ein Bernersennenhund dabei war. In der Wohnung hatte es genĂŒgend Platz..nur 2 Pfannen waren das Kochgeschirr. GemĂŒtliche Wohnung. Kommen wieder.
