Terrible bathroom, nice owner

Pros: very friendly owner/manager, cute beds, bonfire at night (sad I missed both nights) Cons: infrastructure needs updating, not enough plugs and outlets already loaded, no plug in bathroom, no ventilation in bathroom (other than window), what appears to be black mold that was painted over in bathroom, extremely small bathroom overall, tiniest sink area, small shower, door hit toilet and couldn’t even open 90 degrees. Definitely not worth what we paid, and I wouldn’t have stayed there even if it were less.

We stayed at four different places during our trip to Yellowstone/Grand Tetons, and The Grizzly Lodge was by far our favorite!!! We were immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman and two pups upon our arrival. Everything in the room was very well organized and tidy. The fridge and microwave came in really handy. The beds were comfy, and I appreciated the fact that the TV was Netflix compatible and that the WiFi was good. The lodge hosted a communal bonfire for everyone - love that! Thank you Grizzly Lodge! I hope to return one day

Comfy cabin overlooking creek. Nice and quiet. Yellowstone is always awesome. October is season change, and things close down. One restaurant in Cooke City still open first weeks of October. Otherwise, microwave and refrigerator are super handy.

Deceptive pictures

Bed was comfortable. Leftover soap was left over in shower, 2 different remnants (wasnt cleaned). Had to go ask twice for tp (we were there for 7 nights) Never git clean tiwels. A very large mouse ran in under the bottom of door. (About 1 1/4-1 1/2" gap) The picture that is shown on AD is not accurate. There is no running stream even close to the rooms. The managers were working very hard, housekeeping, Not. Trash can was full we couldnt even take our garbage out. Provided my own trash bags.

an ok place to flop for a quick rest but overall disappointing. The pictures on Expedia showed a nice river view which was certainly not available in this location. Our view out our window was of an old trailer parked very close.

The owner is friendly and quick check in. The room was nice. Beds comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower! TV, microwave, and mini fridge. Very close to the North Entrance of Yellowstone. We started our day @ 6am on the West Entrance and finished on the North side. So this was the perfect place to stay after a long day of adventure. Highly Recommend!
