Bathroom was spotless but the sink drain didn’t work. I informed the front desk, but every time housekeeping came in they closed the sink drain! It was tedious to get it to drain at least a little.
The room was clean and pleasant. Great to have full fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink!
The room temp could not be controlled although there was a thermostat in the room. I was too hot at night and cold in the daytime.
Had breakfast only one out of 5 mornings. Most often, they ran out before the end of the scheduled time. The self-made waffles were great! The staff person handling the food was harried and unhelpful.
Front desk staff were civil but mostly unfriendly. Only one middle-aged woman was professional and friendly. The young people were mostly glum. Quite surprising.
The location was convenient for Uber drop off and pickup. The Safeway grocery store across the street was miserable. Didn’t feel safe walking to it at night. There were 2-3 people lurking around the one night I walked over. I didn’t try again.
