The staff are kind and welcoming—but the hotel itself? Total buzzkill. Common areas shut down at 10 pm like there’s a curfew, so forget about hanging out anywhere but your room after that. We ordered a pizza one night and just wanted to eat it at the lobby tables since the restaurant was closed but we were not allowed. We understand there are rules, but we’re a family with elderly relatives, not a bunch of naughty teenagers. Back to our room we went.
The “gym” is basically a cardio corner: 2 treadmills (one broken) and 1 stationary bike. No weights, no mats, nothing else. If your workout plan is “hope the one treadmill works,” you’re set.
Great people, but the rules and amenities make it feel less like a hotel and more like a controlled facility.
