Experience the best of mountain luxury in this modern 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo at Skywalk Flats, ideally located in the heart of town.

The condo has everything you need to have a memorable stay!

The space offers contemporary & curated furnishings throughout! The gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals while the bar & dining table offer ample seating for everyone. The large windows let in tons of natural light! Enjoy relaxing by the stone fireplace or enjoying drinks al fresco on a private balcony.

The primary bedroom has a King-size bed with a private bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunkbed & an additional Twin bed, making this an excellent choice for families or groups.

An additional bathroom has a Tub/Shower combo. Both bathrooms are beautifully designed with modern fishes & offer plenty of space to get ready for the day.

The condo also has a rooftop hot tub where you can soak under the stars while taking in the stunning views surrounding the mountains.

Parking:
There are two tandem garage parking spots and a sizable storage unit, providing ample space for outdoor recreation gear. Garage height is 10 feet.

Brand new and great location!

Lovely!

This home was truly beautiful and the owner paid special attention to detail! Super clean! Comfortable beds! Julia was very responsive when the stove didn’t work. Unfortunately maintenance could not respond until the next day. We also did not realize that there is no air conditioning in the building. It was the hottest week this summer and being on the third floor it was truly difficult (80° indoors) even at night with all the fans running and windows open. Julia did offer a kind discount for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. If it hadn’t been quite so hot our stay would have been 5-star! Would stay there again without hesitation.
