With gorgeous views of Buffalo Mountain and Lake Dillon, and gourmet kitchen, the home is the perfect getaway with a private hot tub providing stunning starry night views. Nearby trails for hiking or biking. It is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Centrally located to all ski resorts. Minutes to Lake Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco and more, Nearby Outlet shopping, grocery stores, Target, restaurants and the North Pond for fishing and other water activities during the summer and ice skating in the winter.



This townhome is 3 stories accessible via interior stairs. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

Rolling Ridge 20C, located in Silverthorne, is a short drive to the Keystone and Breckenridge slopes. What's more, we're just 14.2 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to.
