The first room we were given had a very musty/unusual smell and the carpet was soiled, but they accommodated us with a new room, which was an upgrade. The only issue with the second room was that the temperature would not go below 75. Otherwise, all was good. The breakfast was excellent!

The staff was attentive & friendly; breakfast was better than most hotels. The grounds are well maintained and the building is a cute Spanish style exterior. As far as the room goes, the bathroom fan was very dirty & noisy but the fixtures were clean. Our bed was comfortable & clean. The room is showing normal wear & tear, it's time for an update, but it was fine. The last night of our stay, the guests in the room next to us were very loud in the middle of the night with a loud group conversation which disrupted our sleep, but after I called the front desk, the neighbors quieted down a short while later. The hotel location was very convenient for us, parking was close to our room. I would probably stay here again if I return to the area, I really appreciated the staff.

The breakfast was hands down the best at any hotel I’ve been to! Made-to-order omelets & breakfast burritos with options to pick the toppings. I had 2 over medium eggs with spinach, cheese, and salsa. Delicious, fresh & healthy!

We liked most of everything. The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful and pleasant. The only thing that would prevent me from booking again is the shower. There is some sort of dangerous step up into the bathtub. I was afraid of slipping both in to and out of the tub as was my wife. Another couple that we traveled with said the same about theirs.

Very helpful staff. Nice complimentary breakfast. Room was by the ice machine and they warned us it could be noisy and offered us a room upstairs but we didn't feel like dealing with stairs and luggage. They do have Bell support if needed. Will stay there again but in a different room.

Can’t Take Breakfast To Your Room

Upon checking in, I was informed that breakfast could not be taken back to our room and that guests had to eat in the dining area only. Nowhere was this mentioned on the website before booking, or in the confirmation. I specifically looked for a hotel that included free breakfast so we can take it back to our room, especially since we have young children. We even asked one of the breakfast staff members and was informed the same thing in a rather rude way.
