I’ll share the positive first. The front desk staff and management were all incredibly polite and helpful.
The disappointment begins in the room. There was no bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets) in the room for the pull-out couch. The front desk provided them when I went to ask. Although, they were out of blankets when I asked for one extra. Weather dipped into the teen temps during our stay. An extra blanket would have helped for comfort.
The hot water was hit and miss as was the water pressure. Didn’t matter time of day, was always the same. From extremely low pressure, to great pressure and during the same shower, back to very very low pressure. The plug over the drain wouldn’t stay open. Folded the rubber shower mat to prop it up so wasn’t standing in 2ft of water by the end of the shower. Had to wait over 5 minutes several times for hot water to start flowing.
The breakfast offerings were alright. But make sure you have juice from the machine a few minutes before breakfast “time” is done. Even while sitting, still eating breakfast, the staff turned it off. When asked if we could get a little more juice, they said no. Emphatically said no. “Breakfast time is over.” I’d think, especially with people still sitting in the area eating, they could at least announce they’ll be turning off their equipment if anyone wanted/needed anything else. As friendly and polite as the front desk staff was, the staff over in the breakfast area was, to the extreme, not.
