Early check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Good location. My only complaint would be refrigerator in the room was not cold. I called maintenance and they brought me a different one, but that one still was only about 45°F.

Staff were friendly, room was very clean and they also have good amenities. Particulalry liked that they have a water filling station for water down in the lobby so we could fill our bottles up whenever. Would stay here again.

Rooftop pool is amazing and we enjoyed swimming there. But most of all, this hotel has the best location in the downtown and next to the MTR station with direct line to the airport. Rooms are nice, but beds were very hard ans windows are small. Overall, great location and service.
