The hotel was overall good but the stores underneath the hotel were under renovation all night so it was difficult to fall asleep. In the future it would be good to know of any planned construction in advance. The only other downside was that the bed was a bit short. I'm only 176 cm and I had to sleep in a crouched position to ensure my feet stayed in the bed and that my head didn't hit the headboard.

Room was spotless, the staff was excellent. The food was terrible though. Buffet style but cold and not good at all. Most American hotels offer much better quality food like complementary breakfast with better food. I gave 5 star on everything thing else though.

Essentially equivalent to university dormitory - single room, shared bathroom. Room and shared bathrooms very clean. Not very soundproofed. Overpriced IMO. Bathrooms need paper towels or handdryer. Having to bring your one (big) bath towel every time you go to use the toilet or wash hands is inconvenient. Room temperature was crazily cold.

It is pricey for a six hour stay but worth the money. Location is convenient. Bathroom facility is new and clean. The room is well set up and super clean as well.

I never even got breakfast! The hotel scammed me! I was denied access and was homeless! I called them and the answering machine said they were closed at 7pm!!! My flight arrived at 6:22pm!!! I only had 38 Mins. to check in?!!! Come on! I was scammed! Never again!
