Location is easy to find and near to eateries and shopping (City Square Mall and Mustafa). Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear furniture being dragged, and guests walking and talking even if they are in their rooms. You can still hear the guests up till 2-3am in the night. If you are okay with the noise, this is a very good location given the price that you will be paying for. Staffs are helpful and friendly during our stay.

We were greeted by a very rude receptionist. He didn’t care anything about guests at hotel. It made our stay very unpleasant. We checked out after 2 days and moved to a different hotel.

I didnt like this hotel at all, i have been ttavelling for 4 months and this was the most expensive and worst hotel i stayed in, i know singapore is expensive but the hotel well not for me, no fridge, damp patches on the bathroom ceiling. Ask for a refund when i got there and was told no refunds unkess you canvell 7 days in advance, only booked it two days before

You get what you pay for..

Room was congested but had all basic facilities; hot water, a small window, reasonable size bed. Towels were stained though & bathroom should have its own bin. Missing a fridge too yet given the price, don’t know if you can expect a fridge? Not very noise- proof; can hear someone talking outside the room but not from the rooms adjacent.

Generally bad on all accounts

Staff was pretty unfriendly at check in, room was very small, A-C was dripping, lizards in the room, something that looked like mold in the roof, room not cleaned between nights, water bottles and towels not changed between nights and very loud with thin walls. Would really recommend to avoid.

Bedbugs!!

They have bedbugs. Booked with hotels.com, i was told the reservation will he cancelled. But they lied, they never cancelled. Ended up paying without using their services. Please reach out if you need more details. I have lots more video of the room with bedbugs, conversation with hotel staff, etc. If you love staying with bedbugs book this hotel. Horrible experience.
