It was self check in but it didn't work. I put both my name in and my reservation number, twice and it didnt work. Finally I bashed on the door and a guest came out and gave me wifi code so I could call for help and he gave me a number to put in. I did not have this number prior. it was 11.30p and I am a single female traveller on a layover.
It is not 24 hour front counter service. The room key insert the sensor is not so sensitive.So I try on and on then it work.I am fraid to pull out the card. Next morning, I forgot the key with me and I was locked out the hotel.Waiting someone come out.Waiting.,..waiting...
