I liked the amenities in the area. The room was specious enough and I had a good view of the water park. The reception team was friendly. I didn't like the location of the resort. It's far away from the most attractions. I didn't like that the room only had 1 chair and 1 lamp stand. The room shelves had dust from the the day we check-in until the day we left, even though there was a cleaning team coming to our room everyday. The bathroom shower floor became slimy and slippery because it had not been scrubbed since we checked-in. The bathroom always had a sewer smell

First night we couldn’t sleep. Next door guests were partying and loud. Multiple calls to the front desk only helped temporarily. We asked to move to a different room for the 2nd night. The manager and staff were excellent in helping us move to a more quiet unit (3rd floor, no connecting room, away from BBQ area). Our 2nd night was lovely. Keep in mind there’s a waterpark or sort of like mini Disneyland place attached to this hotel. If you’re with kids it’s probably excellent. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place near airport, maybe there are better options.

So close to the airport. There is a mall a few hundred metres away with great dining options. enjoyed our 1 night stay. Park adjoining great for a morning walk.

We stayed one night each over the 2 stopovers we had in Singapore recently. Everything was excellent. The only downside is the lighting over the bathroom mirror is so poor that it is almost impossible to apply makeup and there is no suitable mirror in the bedroom as an alternative. I had to juggle a small makeup mirror from my compact, in the bedroom alongside the window to get enough light and that was difficult. My husband also commented that he could not shave properly with such bad lighting. Lastly, I would have liked more tea & coffee sachets & a small longlife box of real milk as the creamer powder is just terrible. These comments are for feedback to help the property satisfy the needs of their guests in the future.

We stayed in a family room, our children loved the bunk beds and were delighted with the free gifts (and the fun puzzle to obtain them!). It was great to have the water filter and coffee machine. Room was very clean and air conditioning worked very well. The only negative was slight smell from the drains in the bathroom but this may be outside of the property's control. Location is not too far from the airport so ideal if you're stopping en-route to somewhere else. Also great to be able to walk to the mall and waterpark. We visited the soft play in the mall which is very good. However if you plan to explore central Singapore, taxi rides are quite long from here (but not too expensive). Overall I would definitely recommend, this was our second stay here.

Excellent service. Cleaning daily, providing clean towels and clean cups and beds made. Excellent helpful service by reception- our request of twin single beds were granted and actually upgraded to twin double bed when the receptionist saw that my mum is old. When my plane was delayed for another day, the staff was helpful to extend the stay in the same room even though someone supposed to book the same room that day. Iron and ironing board provided would be helpful, rather than we have to ask for it. Initially i even brought my clothes to relatives ' house to iron because i didnt know it is available on request. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 😊

Location is remote and need to walk 25-30 minutes from MRT .Tough for family with kids & elders to walk.No shuttle offered by hotel.Hotel's contact details are not available at website so no support by Hotel to reach.Swimming pools is not available whereas website shows pool on site.Water park is nearby which hotel recommends to use in 20 SGD.Kids were not happy without pool.Beach is at walking distance of 100 Meter.Resturants are quite far from Hotel.All the tourist places are the other side of this hotel so need to hire Cab mostly.
