I received a complimentary upgrade, which was very nice because the normal sized rooms are a bit small. The staff were pleasant, however, I was surprised that they allowed hotel guests to use the lobby as their suitcase repacking area. It was ridiculous. Every day that I passed through the lobby I would have to negotiate around groups of people packing/unpacking their belongings in the small lobby. On one occasion, someone had actually plugged in her hair dryer and was blow-drying her hair…in the lobby! I guess this is pretty typical because the hotel staff didn’t seem to even notice.
The hotel is conveniently located in Chinatown where all kinds of restaurants and shopping are steps away. The MRT station is just a couple minutes walk from the hotel.

Great location
Posted Dec. 23, 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is located in the middle of Chinatown. Very close to subway station and busses. Great location also for going out in the evening. One problem, my moms room didn't have a closetand the room was quite tiny. But we had a big room and lots of closet space. All in all we had a great time there.
