Rooms were clean and love the rain shower. Hot water is always good Staff are friendly. Check in and out was efficient. Housekeeping was everyday but could be every other day for environmental friendly. Just a block from all restaurants and souvenirs stores. Metro just a block away as also a shopping mall. Walkable to attractions.

Really nice hotel in a great location. It's a short walk to multiple MRT (underground) stations and tonnes of food variety and bars. We stayed on the second floor and the street noise was loud, mainly due to our window not having glass, would have been 10/10 with some noise minimisation. We slept with earplugs and it was fine.

The property is nice , small rooms but it all I need. Just lots of rude guest , iPhone kids with know manners . It a place to sleep but it’s very noisy. The doors need rubber bumpers on the doors , people slam the doors all day and night. My last morning there I was awakened at 7:30am by the housekeeper crushing aluminum can in front of my room . Not to happy with that. I don’t understand quest who talk loudly in the hallways and let there kid run wild with no supervision. Needs to be more signage , Quite !

I loved this hotel. The only challenge with it, not amazing soundproofing. The street is lively and you are a good walk away from marina bay sands but nonetheless its just a walk! However, you are right beside subway makes getting around very simple!

Good location and nice staff

Was good, we got a room that didn't really have enough natural light for our lighting. Staff was extremely accommodating when I asked to change, our new room was much much better and had a more normal layout. Ask for a room facing the street if you can. Other than that, the location is quite ideal, like 3 minute walk to MRT, 3 minute walk to a major bus station. Also a 10 minute walk from Maxwell Hawker center. Chinatown is also a great place to explore. Super walkable to the bay and MBS.

The hotel was very conveniently situated to transit, shopping and restaurants. Our room was small but maneuverable. The bathroom door didn’t completely close and the shower had great pressure but was not sectioned off from the rest of the bathroom.

Singapore is not the cheapest of destinations these days, and in the mid-range price bracket, it can be difficult to find consistent quality across all categories of review, but Hotel 1900 has this. My partner needs everything spotless and cleanliness was perfect at 1900, and houskeeping is happy to come to your room at whatever time of day suits. This area of Chinatown is completely surrounded by bars, cafes and shopping, so everything you need for your stay is within metres. Excellent air-con is a must in Singapore and 1900 has it, but in a rare combination, your room also has multiple classic Singaporean colonial architecture shuttered windows, so you can let in as much or as little of the real air from outside as you want. An easy walk to either Chinatown or Maxwell MRT stations, 1900 is a completely comfortable escape from the steamy Singapore heat between the myriad activities on your doorstep. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location! Less than 5 min walk to mrt, easy to get around city. Area felt safe as a solo traveller. Clean hotel, newly renovated. Just didn’t like that toilet would get wet because of shower as no separation. I’d stay here again😁

Cozy hideout in the hear of downtown!

Cozy, well -situated establishment whose rooms were well-appointed given the moderate space. Loved the snacks! Great, efficient staff who checked us in under 3 minutes!
