Great location, fairly standard room but we spent most of the time out. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was ideal, very close to local sights and metro stations.

A great place to stay

A lovely hotel, great area with lots of dining options and really good transport links. Defititely worth staying out here to avoid high inner city hotel prices.

Good location, clean rooms, welcoming staff. Hotel is in walking distance from many food courts and MRT station. The only minor issue is soundproofing, you can hear your noisy neighbors.

NEVER FAILS TO AMAZE ME

I have been a regular payron IBIS on Bencoolen. Each stay is a pleasant experience. "There's beauty in simplicity"...that's how I would like to describe this hotel. Will always return as your guest whenever I am in Singapore.

Our room was extremely small. Entrance to the bathroom was absolutely ridiculous. In restaurant buffet was very limited and they didn’t bring out fresh stuff. Food was not fresh and mostly leftovers.
