We enjoyed the location and convenience of this hotel, nect to a mall and the MRT. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. Breakfast was included and there was a fantastic variety to choose from and tasted great. We were in the heritage side of the hotel, which was a bit dated but we did love the space the room provided.

Lovely lobby, but the place is looking tired. For a high-rated hotel, it doesn't have smart tvs - therefore we couldn't sign in to any streaming services - stuck with the dreadful offerings on terrestrial tv. So that was a shame. Noticed little things slipping over the years. Very happy there were finally some plant-based options for breakfast! thank you!!! Still a lovely hotel though.

The hotel was excellent and the service from staff was impeccable. Karen who checked us and Jeff from the front were excellent. Only negative i say was the speed of tea and coffee in the breakfast room could have been faster.

The hotel is a walkable distance from Bugi MRT station. The bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet, however our bedroom location necessitated a long walk after exiting the lift, down stairs with heavy bags, and along long worn old carpeted corridors which were quite shabby. The breakfast was world class, probably the biggest spread of breakfast food I have ever seen. Likewise the evening buffet was brilliant

We’ve stayed here a number of times. It’s a beautiful property in a very convenient location. The staff are excellent, the restaurant is great and the hotel has direct access to a shopping centre and the MRT. This is one of our preferred hotels in Singapore.
