Very close to MRT subway station. This was a very safe area, and there was a good mall adjacent to the property with eateries and cute shops. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent! Lots of variety and freshly made soups and omelettes every day. The staff was polite and helpful.

Great time in Singapore

this is a lovely hotel in a great area. The hotel staff was able to get us checked into a room when we showed up around 10:30 am. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an immense selection of items. People of all nationalities were accommodated. The hotel also adjoined a mall which had all kinds of stores and restaurants. Staff also inquired if we wanted umbrellas as we were leaving to do some sightseeing and provided them to us. Great pool area and woman’s lounge.

Wonderful staff. Can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. Front desk led by Izzat, Nicole, Joy. Bell and Concierge Bayani and Aloysius assisted us with transportation and answer all our questions with a smile. Norin, Jenny and En at the club lounge help us relaxed in the evening and assisted us with planning our days. Erica at the buffet always warm and friendly. Overall excellent except when we ate at the buffet, we were told to sit outside and flies start coming. I asked to be moved inside and we were accommodated. However the same lady asked me again do I have a reservation while we were already sitting inside, the restaurant is empty. It felt like we were treated indifferently because of our race. Why are we being seated outside when the restaurant is empty and it remained empty until we left an hour and half later.

A Super Singapore Stay at Hotel Jen by Shangri-La

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay for 3 nights, en route to Australia. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The bed was so cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great shower. Particularly, loved the outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommend this hotel.
