Heater did not work had to call front desk and no one was an available to fix. Could not sleep in the freezing temperatures of room so found a different option for the night at a friends house. I want a full refund for my first night. Please call me to address this. Thank you.

Location was good, close to all cuisine options and the mall across the road had entertainment and shopping. Staff were friendly and the rooms was clean and modern. The family premier room was on the same floor as the pool making it easy for the kids to enjoy. Family room was large and had 3 separate bedrooms for our family to all have space.
