Very well positioned right over an MRT station. Well equipped rooms with lovely quiet AC. Pool was beautiful and gym looked amazing. Reception was a little hit and miss. They had to be reminded to credit back the swipe they took on our card, they didn’t offer the free drinks we were entitled to until we specifically requested 3 days in and they didn’t order the taxi we booked with them the night before leaving although in fairness they did upgrade us

Room was great, clean spacious, lovely shower room. Very pleasant and helpful staff too. I was delighted with the room and an early check in was a welcome (unbooked) treat after a long flight, as I had only asked to leave my bags with them until check in time- thank you! The gym was excellent too, modern, with a very good range of equipment. Convenient location with a MRT station very close. Much was walkable too but not so easy in the high humidity so I planned my day around the MRT and the hop on hop off bus. I didnt eat in any of the hotel restaurants, the one on the 6th floor was full on my first night due to "delayed flight catering". After that experience, I just went out for meals. One criticism - I felt the beer was too expensive at the poolside bar. All in all though, I thought this was a great hotel and highly recommend it.

We had an issue with small ants in room and bathroom during our stay in room 1832. They were on the headboard around the toilet and shower. Also the comforter in our room had a yellow stain. Instead of changing the bed spread house keeping just flipped it over to the yellow stain being under the covers. Really disappointed with bugs and lack of cleaning.

Above and beyond! From The moment we checked in until the day we checked out, they treated us with amazing hospitality! We would stay there again and recommended them to our loved ones! Perfect location for MRT. Fantastic room with a view. Loved the pool and just the hotel design. They hire some of the best employees to make the trip relaxing, enjoyable, and special! One Farrer Hotel in Singapore stands out as a 5-star resort, offering a blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Situated in the vibrant Little India district, it provides guests with a tranquil retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool, complemented by a fitness centre and spa facilities. These amenities are available to all guests. Towels are provided. Those guests staying on the 18th, 19th and 20th floors are then able to utilise a smaller pool on the 18th floor, which boasts views over the city. There were very few negatives/ criticisms found during my stay, but one was the cleanliness of the pool on the 18th floor. The windows are covered in limescale and sadly ruins the luxury pool experience and obscures the view across the city. What truly sets One Farrer Hotel apart is its commitment to outstanding customer service. The staff's attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are excellent. We experienced relatively minor issues when we checked into our room, that being the TV not working and some of the plug sockets. A shout out to the duty manager, as once he heard about the issues, he flawless tried to rectify it and as an apology, moved us rooms, by means of an upgrade, into a specular suite. The genuine commitment by the hotel to provide exceptional and genuine customer service was noted.
