Pleasant stay

Hotel stay was good. Family enjoy the stay. Love how the room has few good mirror with good lighting. Room service food is good too. Easy to check in and check out. Hotel breakfast selection can be improve. Bonus is the hotel breakfast cafe staff and manager are very well mannered and express welcoming attitude.

Hotel Review While a bit of a walk from Orchard, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. However, upon check-in, bath towels and other amenities were missing. Housekeeping services end at 11 PM, so it was not possible to have them brought to the room after that time.

The staff make the experience, a special thanks to the kindness shown by Naveen & Santhanam after a cancelled flight and lost luggage situation. Having such a friendly and helpful experience after a stressful couple of hours was greatly appreciated. Very comfortable

If you’re into shopping, and have the budget, this is the place to be. Perhaps the house keeping staff require training about the “green” policies of the hotel! I don’t need my towels changed daily, and on a 4 night stay, the sheets will be fine! Great location for food, drink, and shopping at a variety of price points.
