Our stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering was absolutely exceptional. What stood out most was the incredible design of the hotel—the greenery, architecture, and overall atmosphere made it feel like an urban oasis. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff were outstanding, consistently warm, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the pool and wellness facilities, which added so much to the overall experience. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly

Staff were kind and courteous. Definitely a convenient spot as the Chinatown mall is a 3 minute walk. We didn’t use the amenities to its fullest, and we still had a wonderful experience! We plan to come back very soon.

Great location. Best to go with the buffet option for dining at breakfast as the service for A La Carte wasnt great as there was limited wait staff to take your order. We waited 30+ min then had to go get someone to order avaocado toast and 2 eggs. We didnt need a full proce buffet for such little food before we had to leave.

Absolutely loved my stay at Park Royal! The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious and in a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Room is quite clean. Water pressure in the shower is good. No bottled water given as there is a tap with filtered water at the sink. To switch off the lamps near the beds, the switches are on top while the switch for the desk lamp is at the side. 3 types of pillows in the pillow menu. No turn-down service. Bed is comfortable. Desk and chair are good for working. Nice environment as I can see the greenery out of the window. Soundproofing is a bit weak. Can hear your neighbours moving in and out of the room when their door is open although my door is closed. Staff at Lime Restaurant will take care of you. Good selection of breakfast. In-room dining menu is quite extensive. A 5-minute walk to Chinatown Point and from there, you can get to Chinatown MRT Station. From Exit A of Chinatown MRT Station, you can get Amacha (local herbal bubble tea) which is quite nice! Chagee also opened a store opposite. From there, walk down and you will see a famous Hindu temple. Turn right and walk down and you will get to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Very convenient!

This hotel is very much close to shopping and not far from the main attraction. My room is very clean, the outdoor pool and gym, both in very good condition. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Shoutout to Brent, he had been so helpful and accommodating in all the help and questions that was asked and need. I had a very relaxing stay. Will certainly comeback to this hotel.
