My husband and I stayed at the Pullman - Hill Street and were most impressed. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The hotel was both luxurious and comfortable in a fantastic location that was in walking distance to most attractions. The only minor downside was that there was no powerpoint to plug in the hairdryer in the bathroom and the bathroom lighting was a little dark to put on make up.

We have just stayed 11 nights here. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent and their hospitality was most welcome. The stay was let down by the behaviour of the door staff on our exit. We had called a taxi and as two women we had suitcases which we would have appreciated some assistance with. Instead we watched as other guests were assisted and the doorman deliberately ignored us. It felt racially motivated. There was no way he did not see us as I had given him our luggage tag. All the other staff were excellent including those on the door when we first arrived. However this incident really put a bad impression of our stay and is in no way indicative of a 5* hotel experience. As someone who intends to come back to Singapore in the near future, I will not be recommending or staying here again.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, well placed and very convenient for getting around the city. Great swimming pools and fantastic view from the roof pool. Very good breakfast choices. All the staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Pullman Hill Street Singapore

On the whole we really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Hotel, El Chido on the roof was especially nice having a few drinks by the pool with a fantastic view of Marina Bay and the Esplanade. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as were were exploring the city during the day and night. We stayed in a deluxe King which was small but nicely laid out, the bed was comfortable and the shower cubicle was a really good size. Filtered water from the sink was a nice touch. Self opening day and night curtains were nice and operate independently at a touch of a button as does the A/C and lights Our only complaints would be the Nespresso coffee machine didn’t seem to work, the lighting above the sink was not bright enough and the television didn’t have many international channels.
