Excellent location for walking to nearby spots including beach shuttle. Would recommend getting a seaview room, as view is super. Only downside was staff in the restaurant, as they could have used a refresher course on customer service. Smile, and be more friendly, like the check-in staff. Place is little difficult to find if you are walking from the monorail.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I went to celebrate my birthday and they prepared a surprise birthday cake for me. I felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend staying here.

The Outpost staycation

We like the idea of the snack counter -allowing you to choose the snacks/drink that you want for the stay. The view of the hotel is fantastic and we appreciated there was description of the view we are facing - a hundred year old Bodhi Tree and the seafront as our view. Overall we enjoy our short stay very much.

This hotel was in a fantastic spot. Close to beaches, Resorts World, Fort Siloso and Vivo City. It proved to be really easy to get around. The staff were lovely and always so helpful. The hotel itself was always clean and neat. If there is to be one small criticism- the bathroom a little too big. The space would have been better used in the bed/living area - but it was not an issue. There were plenty of eating places within a short walk.

We enjoyed our stay, nice from. BUT the restaurant service wasn't great. Breakfast was dismal, if you arrived at start, they didn't have hot food, if you arrived an hour before end they had stopped cooking and we're preparing for next service. Dinner the food was good but ambience awful as they started preparing for breakfast and hour before closing, you felt like you were in the way!

A fabulous property hosted by fabulous crew! We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and we couldn't have had a better experience. They even extended a kind gesture and surprised us with a cute lil cake and card! The snack-chosing experience at check in felt really special and different from all other hotels. Pool is severely utilized and hence it's maintained in an impeccable condition. Very convenient location and well connected. Id recommend this more for couples/friends/cousins than families with kids
