When I made reservations— the room I reserved said it slept 5. When we got to room— there were 2 beds. There were 5 in our group. When we asked for a rollaway. — staff said they did not have any. Policy is 4 to room maximum. I explained when I reserved room- it said it slept 5. All I got was a deer in headlights look. Staff could have cared less. Will never ever stay at one of these hotels again. And I will tell everyone I know of my experience!!!

Very dirty under the rim of the toilet. First room we tried smelled strong of smoke...Out of eggs and sausage at breakfast but they eventually brought more. I'll probably spend $20 more at a different hotel next time.

The hotel is older but the room was clean and staff were helpful. There wasn’t much in terms of lighting, it was pretty dark. We were there only to sleep, so it wasn’t a big issue.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was good. The only distraction is the Taco Bell right behind the hotel. The drive-thru on a Friday night can be loud until about 11:00 pm. Otherwise everything was good.

It was a little hard to find as I missed the main exit off the interstate, took the next exit and came around the back way. Not great signage even when I got in the parking lot I wasn’t sure if I was at the correct place. I mentioned it to the front desk person and she shrugged it off. Other than that my stay was comfortable.

My first time there, the room was ok but the fridge and the phone was not working. The second time the front desk guy he was very rude, we get to the room and the control from the TV was not in the room we ask the front desk for one and he was very rude.the hotel is great. I would stay again.

Not impressed enough to stay again

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast tables were not wiped off before people needed to sit, only at the end. The already hard muffins were put in a container to be put out again the next day. The greasy sausage and hardened eggs were almost inedible. Unwrapped toilet paper in room was previously wet stained and not changed. Air conditioning did not have a constant fan setting, so it constantly went on and off all night. Other than that, the hotel was clean.
