Pro : good breakfast and variety. Room thermostat worked well. Ease of parking and good location for getting on the interstate and variety of restaurants nearby. Bed linens were good. Two elevators were in good working order. Cons : Most of these wouldn't matter for a night or two, but I was there 8 nights. Only able to get ice once as it was out of order. The room did not have a microwave which I could have really used for that many days. I went and bought antibacterial soap as the stuff on the wall doesn’t cut it. Also bought make-up remover pads so I didn't stain washcloths. Nothing given for being a Hilton member like other Hiltons, water etc. Pillows are due for a change.

This was our first stay at this property, and we arrived late, around 10 pm. Our room was ready, and the check-in staff was great. The room had no smells and was clean and ready to enjoy. We will be back at this location. Stay away from the other Hampton Inn in Sioux Falls as it was old and smelled like cat urine in all the rooms. Stay south, not north, in Sioux Falls.
