Community Services Fee
A small Community Services Fee helps support the home’s hot tub, outdoor amenities, and guest experience.

Damage Protection
Our trusted partner, Truvi, may contact you before arrival to verify your reservation and provide information about your damage protection coverage.

Family Amenities
A Pack `n Play and high chair are available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you`d like us to have them ready.

Pet Friendly
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. Please help us keep the home beautiful by cleaning up after your pet and keeping dogs off the furniture whenever possible.

House Rules
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
• No parties or events.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are allowed at the house. Mandatory pet fee will apply.
• Pet rules: no pets on furniture, pick up waste, no unattended pets unless crated, keep on leash outdoors, report accidents immediately, guest liable for damage.
• Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
• No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
•Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
• All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
