This bright, air-conditioned home is located in a quiet gated community just a short walk from Sitges town centre and beaches. It features a small private garden, shaded terraces, and direct views over a large communal pool and landscaped gardens.

The kitchen is new, installed 25 May 2025, new cooker, hob, dishwasher, washer.
The house has been refurnished with quality teak furniture in a rustic style. It offers flexible accommodation for families or groups:

Vive la catalogne

La maison : très bruyant (côté rue), pas de soleil à l'intérieur (ça déprime), des fournis (partout), pas très propre (poussière dans les placards), ustensiles de cuisine bof ... le cadre : super et à part ça très bien la maison (espace, pratique, salles de bain, ...) la ville : dire que c'est le saint tropez catalan est très excessif (nous préférons nettement callela de pallafrugell au nord de barcelone) La région : génial avec plein de trucs à faire et une vraie vie dans les villes

Merci pour ce superbe sejour

Le logement correspond a l'annonce et se trouve dans une superbe residence, securisee ete tres bien entretenue. A 5 minutes du centres de Sitges et de la plage. Un peu bruyant en periode de carnaval, mais totalement equipe et fonctionnel pour 8 personnes. The house corresponds to the announce and is located in a really nice and secure area. Only 5 min by walk from Sitdges center and beaches. A bit noisy during festival period, but well equipped and functional for 8 persons. Welcome information and contact with owner has been excellent. Séjour en octobre, pendant 2 semaines.

Habitation vieillotte, située le long d'un boulevard avec beaucoup de passages,donc très bruyant. En cette saison , l'humidité apparaît en fin de journée, et il y a lieu de mettre un peu de chauffage. Le soleil ne rentre jamais dans la maison , surtout en rez-de-chaussée. Les installations ,dite de confort,sont obsolètes .Tout est usé jusqu'à la corde. Des fuites d'eau chantent nuit et jour.

location très bien située et dans un super cadre

location située à 15 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre ville, dans un cadre très agréable autour de la piscine. Par contre comme toute location près de la ville, la chambre parentale est du coté de la rue principale donc bruyante. La literie de deux chambres est à changer, nous en avons fait part au propriétaire. Pas de lave vaisselle, dommage pour une location destinée à une dizaine de personnes !!! Nous étions trois couples de retraités et avons passé deux semaines superbes dans cette ville très animée même les 15 premiers jours d'octobre seul le temps n'était pas terrible mais là pas facile d'y remédier !!!! !Pour vos soirées tapas nous vous recommandons le restaurant ITURKI 3, Sant Pau SITGES, super ambiance et de plus deux serveurs parlent français

Great villa, great location

Great holiday had by all. Spacious, clean, well appointed property. Excellent pool. Location next to the main road meant bedrooms on that side were noisy, lots of motorbikes. Bit of a problem with the ants! Overall, very good. Would have liked a safe for the passports etc. Really liked Sitges, not been invaded by the English hoards yet.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

We loved our two weeks in Peters beautiful appartement. Especially for families it is absolutely perfect with the gated community and the large pool. Lots of other families (mostly Spanish) were there at the same time and a bunch of kids was always playing around the pool. Beach is an easy 10min walk as is the City Centre with shops and everything. Can honestly only recommend it for families and totally can´t understand the rather critical reviews here. I´m sure we´ll be back again. Thanks Peter! Matthias

Falta mantenimiento y limpieza pésima

Necesita un repaso de mantenimiento. Muchas cosas rotas y estropeadas además de una limpieza pésima. El apartamento perfecto para dos familias con niños pero necesita que arreglen muchísimas cosas que ya hemos comentado con el propietario.

Lovely communal pool and gardens, tired gloomy and shabby home

Lovely pool/gardens, house poor standard. Notice the many photos of pool and gardens in the advert and far fewer of the actual property! Niaivity on our part sadly when we booked. Advertised as a 4 bedroom house but loft room not habitable when we arrived (velux windows and no blind so unless you wanted to be woken at dawn and suffer heat from sun beating thro - sleeping there was not an option). 74 year old grandad forced to sleep on the lounge sofa. The owner advertises that his agents are neighbours and on hand 24/7 - this was not the case for us and we had problems and no-one on site to help us. The owner (in U.K.) tried his best to fix the air conditioning problem and I can’t fault his speedy response he did try his best to assist us. However this took 2 nights and 1 whole wasted day of our holiday to resolve and approximately 20 emails back and forth and internet searching for the air conditioning instructions. BEWARE they are fitted with motion sensors which we were not told about which led to 2 nights of no sleep as they switched themselves off at night. No instructions of how to override the sensors (this was during the recent Spanish heatwave and it was 29 degrees at midnight). We are intellligent people who know how to operate air conditioning and all we did was turn the units on and off using the remote control. There is air conditioning only in 1 of the first floor bedrooms - 2 of the rooms only have fans and the air con units are not powerful enough to cover these areas (in Spain in August). House generally tired and shabby - cracked plates, leaking kettle, loose tap in bathroom, poorly fitting kitchen cupboards, bulbs not operating, filthy BBQ, broken outdoor storage container with items such as broken parasol, unkept rear patio, overgrown plants, leaves all over patio etc. We didn’t complain about these latter issues at the time as no energy left after the major air conditioning problems which put a huge dampner on our week stay. We informed the owner on our return about these for the benefit of other guests. If you are thinking of booking this house DON’T, if you’ve already booked be aware of its suboptimal standard (we say this with certainty as we compared it to our second rental in Sitges the following week which was similar price and stunning). Please refer to a review from 2018 (Tracey), we would have to agree with many of her concerns

Vi koste oss!

Vi hadde en kjempefin uke i Sitges. Leiligheten var stor med fire soverom. Alt var rent og greit. Tyve skritt til bassenget og vi kunne sitte på terrassen og se barna bade. Veldig pent uteområde og fantastisk basseng. Avslappet stemning og vi kunne bruke plenen til lek og aktivitet. Kort vei til stranden og restauranter. Vi var her med tre barn uten bil og det gikk fint.

Beautiful communal gardens, shabby apartment

On arriving it seemed that we were the first people to stay here in a long time as I walked straight into a cobweb.The rear patio was overgrown and covered in leaves and dirt and the bar b q which we were told on arrival that we were no longer allowed to use was still dirty from the last time it was used.The bed clothes are worn and old as are the towels and the baths needed cleaning before we could use them. On changing the bedclothes it was horrible to see such old and stained mattresses. We were told that all the doors had to be kept padlocked with chains whenever we went out. The shutters were filthy and the chains too big so we ended up not even bothering to open the rear doors or grills as it was a dirty and a longwinded job. The pool and surrounding communal gardens are beautifully kept and the residents very friendly but I would not stay at this property again as it is in need of updating (the sinks do not drain well and smell).overall a dissapointing experience

Schöne Anlage, sehr abgewohntes Ferienhaus.

Ein schönes, großzügiges und prinzipiell gut ausgestattetes Haus (leider kein Safe) in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Leider war das Haus an vielen Stellen sehr abgewohnt und defekt, z.B. Haustürschloss und Zimmertüren ohne Schnapper, nicht stoppende Toilettenspülung, heftig wackelnder Wasserhahn, nicht wirklich festzustellender Duschkopf, fehlende Lampenschirme, fehlende Spiegelablagen im Bad, auf dem Boden schleifende Zimmertüren, Einbruchsschutz z.T. mit fummelig durch Fensterläden zu ziehende Ketten mit Vorhängeschlössern (geht gar nicht), zum Teil sehr durchgelegene Betten, schmutziges Sofa nur mit Überwurf abgedeckt. Die hintere Terrasse war längere Zeit nicht gesäubert, Gartenmöbel waren z.T. schon sehr alt und brüchig. Der Schrankraum in den Schlafzimmern war vollgestopft mit diversen Dingen und dadurch für die Gäste sehr klein. Eines der vier Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür zum Treppenhaus. Im Hauswirtschaftsbereich der Küche herrsch ein großes Durcheinander, insgesamt war das Haus nicht wirklich sauber (z.B. Badezimmermöbel und Geschirr), Ameisen in der Küche, im Bad und auch im Bett. Das Haus sollte dringend renoviert werden. Überraschenderweise gab es ohne Abgabe von Gründen ca. 10% des Mietpreises zurück. Dafür der zweite Stern.

We all really enjoyed our holiday , brilliant location ticked all the boxes.

The villa suited us nicely, the gated complex meant the children were safe and we could watch them in the pool from the front patio which was only a few yards away.The pool was in an attractive surrounding ,lovely temperature and there were plenty of children to play with without it being overcrowded.The villa is well positioned only 5 to 10 mins from the promenade and 15mins from a large supermarket and the town. We all enjoyed the Festa Major and overall had a lovely time. The facilities in the villa were good and comfortable but we felt it would benefit with a little TLC .Overall it is a lovely oasis close to a vibrant resort with beautiful beaches.

En slidt feriebolig, med dejlige udenoms areal

Selve huset bære præg af at være meget slidt. 2 af værelserne har ikke a/c, hvilket var meget mangelfuldt Værelset der er på øverste etage, havde kun en lampe hvor lampeskærmen manglede. Madrasserne er nogle gæstesenge madrasser som er dårlige at sove flere dage på. Køkkenet er slidt men funktionelt. Kunne godt have en bedre udluftning og en opvaskemaskine i køkkenet. Et hus der er godt brugt, men som har nogle dejlige udenoms arealer, med en fantastisk pool og en overdækket terrasse. Huset vil have gavn af en infomappe, hvor der kunne stå diverse ting som eks. vej til strand, supermarked, udflugter, anbefaling af restauranter, kontakt til læge osv.

Nice distance to the beach and citycentrum!

Ten minutes walk to the Beach or the Citycentrum. Very nice pool! The apartment is old and very well used. Nothing is new in the house. Needs an upgrade. Noice from the traffic in master bedroom. Had a nice time here in Sitges July 2017. The owner is a good guy. Love Sitges!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time. The kids were in the pool when it was too hot for the beach or played on the fenced in patio. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries and beach/old Sitges were all within a five to ten minute walk. The bed rooms were airy, clean an comfortable. Only the top loft got very hot - I would not recommend it as a bedroom unless you don't mind blasting fans at yourself all night. The house, kitchen and the whole facility were beautiful and we are definitely thinking of returning!!!

Great location and lovely villa

The villa is conveniently located for the beach and the town. It was clean and well kept, the pictures are an accurate representation. There is some noise in the master bedroom, it didn't bother us but I'd bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The pool is great and we were often the only ones using it. Peter quickly responded to any queries we had and we had no issues with the villa. The surrounding area and town are lovely with a variety of bars and restaurants to suit anyone.

Great location for a family holiday

Good location, close to the beach and 15 min walk to downtown. Nice pool area, perfect with children. On the negative side the standard inside the house was not optimal and there was relatively loud noice from road in the master bedroom.

Lovely vacation in Sitges

We were two families that lived in the house for one week. The children is 3, 5, 7 and 8 years old. We felt at home and the pool was a success. It was really good with the pool for children and we could watch it from the patio. The house is perfectly located with walking distance to the lovely beach and stores. There was a stroller in the house that was our salvation for long walks. The house was well equipped. The bathrooms were very nice and clean and the house felt spacious and homely. We had a great time. I can really recommend Sitges. It takes only apx 40 minutes to go Barcelona. Sitges has a lot to offer when it comes to restuarants and beaches. <3
