Villa Sitges Alegre, located in the Vinyet, the best area of Sitges. Located 3 minutes walk from the beach and 10 from the station.

HOW TO BOOK:

COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION OF THE VILLA:
Located in front of the beach, this Villa offers a warm and welcoming air, it was an avant-garde villa in its time.
A 5 minute walk we can reach the center of Sitges where we get lost by the bustle of its streets in high season.

ACCOMMODATION:
Capacity for 10 adults.

An entrance / distributor gives access to the living room, the kitchen and a staircase to access the rooms, also has a courtesy bathroom. All in a very soft and warm color, day and night.

On the first floor we find the rooms, a corridor gives access to 2 suites and then an area with the 2 single beds, gives access to two rooms and a bathroom.

The living room is very well connected with both the outdoor dining room, the indoor dining room, the kitchen and the chill-out. You can enjoy a flat land of 600 m2, with the ground floor of the house that joins interior and exterior.

OUTSIDE OF THE VILLA:
Entering the garden we can see the pool located on the left along with the sun loungers. At the entrance of Villa Alegre we find a chill-out, very comfortable and quiet from where you can graduate the sun you want with an exterior shutter that can be opened.

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, the extra costs for each are detailed below:

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO PAYMENTS AND FEES:

1. Credit card payment: Accepted with a 3% commission fee.

2. Bank transfer payment: Available at no additional cost. The Vrbo assistance service can be contracted with both payment methods.

3. Cleaning costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost at the end of the stay: €275.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people, cost: €80. Full cleaning at the end of the second week, cost: €275.
- Stays of three weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings, one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week, each costing €80. Full cleaning at the end of the third week, cost: €275.
- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings, one at the end of each week, each costing €80. Full cleaning at the end of the month, cost: €275.

4. Tourist tax: €1/adult/day for the first 7 days.

5. Utilities:
- Heating, electricity, and gas from April to September: €400, based on actual consumption.
- Heating, electricity, and gas from October to March: €800, based on actual consumption.

6. Late check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00, additional cost of €45.
- From 24:00 onwards, additional cost of €70.

7. Pet fee: €100 per week.

8. The security deposit is €1250.
