Summary:

Catch a glimpse of the beautiful Skaneateles Lake right from the back patio! You will enjoy breathtakingly beautiful sunsets but please note, it is NOT a waterfront property and there is NO lake access. Here, you will find privacy and tranquility but will still be so close to all the restaurants and shops.



The Space:

This is a fully remodeled ranch with one level of living that has been decorated in a mid-century modern style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1700 Sq ft. and perfect for a family or group of 6, It is located down the East side of the Lake . It is approximately a 1.5 mile walk to the downtown village center or less than 5 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.



Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred during their stay (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found).

Lovely Home w/ Beautiful View

The house was as advertised. It was welcoming and comfortable. We stayed for a long weekend and wished we had more time. It's an easy ride into town or Ubers were easily available if you don't want to drive. We would absolutely come back.

5 Star Stay!

Everything was great! We were a group of women who went to college together and meet up once a year. House was immaculate, location was perfect to Uber everywhere, and beds were all comfortable. Next time we will bring bags of ice since it took a little while for ice to get started. Otherwise we had a 5 star stay and can’t wait to come back!

Clean, clean, clean

This property is great for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren staying together. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom on the opposite side of the house giving everyone privacy. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes and pots & pans.

The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. Would be helpful to have detailed, printed info regarding TV operation. One bed room has trundle bed. Great for kids, but not adults. Should consider investing in twin size mattress with stable frame. Manager very nice and responsive to questions/concerns. Would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a gorgeous property with a view of the lake. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We did not cook but the kitchen looked well stocked for cookware and utensils. Communication with the host was seamless and they were very prompt with replies and accommodating.

Beautiful home near the lake!

We stayed here while attending a wedding and the house was perfect for my family. The home is updated and clean. It was also spacious for my toddler to run around including plenty of outdoor space! The view was gorgeous and the location was very convenient to everything. I would definitely stay again! Communication with the host was seamless and they were very accommodating.
