Great choice, friendly host

One bedroom upstairs, another bedroom and everything else downstairs, with separately controlled airconditioning. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage. Airport is so close you can walk there in 10 minutes, and you can see planes landing while sipping your coffee on the balcony. Don't worry, there are no flights during the night. Skiathos port and the city center is also within walking distance. The location shown in the map is not correct, Sofia Studios is located at the end of a blind alley just opposite of Mylos Taverna.
