Tout d’abord, la salle de bain n’était pas propre Ă  mon arrivĂ©e, avec notamment des Ă©pluchures de graines de tournesol au sol. Par ailleurs, le soir, il n'y avait que des draps lĂ©gers et lorsque j’ai demandĂ© des couvertures, le rĂ©ceptionniste de nuit m’a rĂ©pondu qu’il ne pouvait me fournir des couvertures prĂ©textant de l'absence des femmes de mĂ©nage. Il m’a donc conseillĂ© de baisser la climatisation. Cependant, cela a rendu la chambre trop chaude, et en ouvrant la fenĂȘtre, les moustiques sont entrĂ©s en nombre, rendant la nuit inconfortable. Je trouve ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments inacceptables pour un Ă©tablissement de votre standing et j’espĂšre que vous prendrez les mesures nĂ©cessaires pour Ă©viter de telles situations Ă  l’avenir.

La salle de bain est dĂ©goĂ»tante, trĂšs sale ! De plus, nous avions une fuite provenant du plafond ( donc de l’eau qui tombe h24 ) sans dĂ©pannage ou changement de chambre. Concernant la tĂ©lĂ©vision, elle se dĂ©connecte sans arrĂȘt, et le technicien de l’hĂŽtel ne se rends pas disponible pour la clientĂšle Nous n’avons pas trouvĂ© le personne aimable et au service de nos besoins pendant notre sĂ©jour, je vous le dĂ©conseille
