This charming holiday home near Stauning, perfectly combines modern comforts with a cozy atmosphere. Situated on a fenced plot of 1070 square meters, the house can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend time together. Built in 1974 and renovated in 2023, the property is in a well-maintained condition and ready to welcome guests.
The house has a total area of 95 square meters and contains three comfortable bedrooms, each with double beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. There is also a nice bathroom, equipped with both a shower and toilet, so you have everything you need for a pleasant experience. In connection with the bathroom, you will also find the house's sauna, where you can get your heart rate down after a long walk by the fjord.
For those who want to relax and enjoy nature, the house offers a covered terrace, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, regardless of the weather. There is also a closed terrace, which allows for privacy, as well as a large natural plot with swings and a sandbox for the children. The outdoor area includes a table tennis table, fire pit and a barbecue, ideal for cozy summer evenings with family and friends.
Inside you will find a number of facilities that ensure a comfortable experience. The house is equipped with a heat pump, that can also function as air conditioning, so you can adjust the temperature according to your own preferences. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days.
