The kitchen is a modern and beautiful space that is fully equipped with all of the essentials. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. There is also a dining table with space for 6 guests making it a great place to enjoy home cooked meals.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are two stunning bathrooms and a WC at our property. The main bathroom is located on the 1st floor and offers a gorgeous bathtub, a spacious shower, a toilet and a sink. The En-Suite is located in bedroom 1 and offers a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a W/C in the entrance hallway which is next to the kitchen.

Walking - The property is just a short walk away from many amenities including lots of pubs, restaurants and local parks. Ruskington Train Station is also within walking distance.

Car - The A15, A17 and B1188 are a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. There are lots of amenities within driving distance including Sleaford town centre, Sleaford Castle and plenty of other great amenities.

Taxi - We recommend using Lincs Cabs or J2B Taxi.

𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐋𝐘:
*A fully refundable security deposit of ÂŁ150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.

* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.
