Avoid it, no one was there to my check in, spent one hour trying to find someone, finally I had to and look for another hotel at 3 am.... And over that, the hotel refused to refund.

nous avions deux chambres au fond du jardin style ( garage amemage) avec un salle de bain commune dans laquelle il y avait 1/4 de roulot de papier toilette les avions passent toutes les 5 minutes au dessus du ( garage). le proprietairea ete tres desagreable si bien que nous n'avons pas pris le petit dejeuner dans l'etablissement cette guest house me merite pas d'etre sur expedia nous sommes des clients reguliers d 'expedia et c'est la premiere fois que nous sommes tres tres mal tombes

Simply put, this is the worst hotel at which I've stayed in my life. The managers engage in fraud and abuse of guests to line their pockets and fail to provide anything approaching customer service. I do not take these words lightly, and if you don't believe me, simply read the other 198 reviews about the "customer service" they provide to their guests. They are the rudest and nastiest human beings with whom I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in 30 years in the travel industry. Upon arrival, I was subjected to literal screaming, threats, abuse, and suggestion that they would call the cops: this for the simple act of arriving to check into my room (which I had already paid for). They said check-in was closed. When I showed them the booking, which CLEARLY lists a 24/7 front desk, they had no response. Quickly they switched to "scam mode", first insisting that I hadn't paid for my reservation, and demanding cash up front. When I showed them my fully paid reservation, with receipt in tow, they switched to the next scam mode, now demanding exorbitant fees for additional services: for a "late check-in fee". I asked them where that was listed. Again, no reply. Then a further charge for a "key deposit." These are nasty, rotten, human beings who are stealing from their customers on a regular basis by overcharging, double charging, and inventing bogus fees. They should be put out of business.

Just a roof overnight stay

Friendly staff. It’s an overnight stay. With a roof over your head. Shower shared you have to put one finger on power button and shower at same time. Not good shower at all. Bring your own food and drink. Staff are friendly. Have to leave £20 cash or Id card for deposit for key. Returned when you exchange for the key when leaving.

Claimed I did not have a reservation and made me pay for it again with cash. They held our passports until we paid cash for it even they we pre paid with the booking.

Good location for an early flight

A room close to the airport - ideal for an early departure (or a late arrival). In the flight path - so don't arrive early expecting to sleep! Staff friendly and helpful. Room basic but has what you need for the night; benefits from free parking too.

I will give average point of 2.5. My room was not great with the price I paid. Very old tv, and insects flying in the room. The internet was very good.

Dont stay here

Not worth the money, staff very unhelpful. Paid £11 for breakfast, breakfast consisted of 2 slice of bread and 2 sausages, took a bite of it and spat it out.
