As you enter the condo, a spacious entry foyer welcomes you, leading to the first bedroom and a full hall bathroom on the left – ideal for guests or family members. Stroll down the hall, and you’ll find the heart of the home: an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, all beautifully designed to let you gather, relax, and make memories. Slide open the doors from the living room to your private balcony, where you’ll discover breathtaking views of the ocean and the sparkling resort pools below.

The master suite is a true sanctuary on its own, accessible through a private door to the right. This luxurious suite features a spacious bedroom with a large closet, a private bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with a wet bar/kitchenette, perfect for a morning coffee or evening nightcap. Topsail condo

Great layout for little kids. My grand daughter is a very active 3 year old. We had the option of the beach but when the wind and waves were too rough for a little one, we had the pools. My grand daughter even referred to one of the pools as: Ariel's Grotto after her favorite Disney movie. We had a great stay.

Great Condo for the Price!

This was not our first visit to Villa Capriani, but it was our first in this particular condo (312-A). The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean, perfectly located to enjoy the rest of the property and had a fabulous view of the ocean from the balcony. The door code was a great benefit (no keys to keep track of). We will definitely rent this condo again. That said, a few things I would recommend updated that would have made it even better: 1. The queen mattress in the bedroom is VERY uncomfortable. Might be time to replace. 2. In the King Bedroom, the space is really wasted -- consider putting a pull out couch in there. We put our kids in that room and having more beds would have been a HUGE plus. There is so much wasted space in there. Other condos we have rented have had up to 3 single beds in there. 3. Add high top table and chairs for an unobstructed view on the balcony 4. Need a ceiling fan in the queen bedroom. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with everything you could need and all in really nice shape. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely consider this unit again next year. Thanks! Mary

Top Sail Condo

I think the condo could have been cleaner and more items supplied. I had a bug issue (cockroaches) and sprayed every night trying to prevent that. I have stayed in several condos and houses at different locations on the coast recently and they offered more items in the same price range for a week's stay. for ex. beach chairs, towels, sheets etc.

Ok Property with Pools, Hot Tubs ……

The building needs many upgrades but the condo we stayed in was in good shape. We had an incident with cockroaches, and the elevators. The listing is for a K, Q, QSS. We only found a king, Queen that was more of a full and a pull out sofa. The bathroom in the master needs a new curtain so the water doesn’t pour out. I would recommend another key card as 2 was not enough many days.

Beautiful resort and pools.

Beautiful resort and love the pools. Our condo needs updated faucets. The shower in the Master was terrible as far as being able to control water temperature. The hot water heater was way too hot so we had to watch our toddler. The floor in the entry had blue duck tape on it where the floor needs repair. Our toddler was constantly picking at it. Other than a couple seen roaches it was okay. The bug man did come and spray. Seaside rentals is amazing and did not disappoint.

Excellent View of the Ocean and Pools!!!!

When my family and I walked in to the unit, the first thing we all saw was the beautiful ocean and pools!! The unit was very open and spacious so we had plenty of room for our family of four. One of my boys slept in the guest room with a queen and my other son slept on the pull out couch which he told us was comfortable. My wife and I absolutely LOVED the separate bedroom for us with a King bed and our own refrigerator. The elevator was just right around the corner so it made the trips to and from the beach very easy. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook from if you plan on making meals in the condo. The only thing that you need to be aware of is that the ice maker is VERY VERY VERY slow at making ice so make sure you buy bags of ice for your coolers and if you want to make drinks. Overall my family and I had a Wonderful, Relaxing vacation at 312-A Villa Capriani Resort!!
