This beautifully appointed unit has just gone through a major renovation just in time for the 2022 rental season.

No expense was spared with this major upgrade which included: brand new kitchen will all granite countertops, custom cabinetry with soft close hinges and tile backsplash, new stainless appliances, all new flooring throughout unit, all new paint and lighting, new electronics (TV’s etc.), bathroom upgrade with granite and large tile enclosed walk-in shower with glass doors, new high end resin captain’s chairs and tables for the front and rear decks, new furniture items throughout and much more. Professionally decorated with light color tones designed to offer you a relaxing feeling while transforming your mind, body and spirit into full vacation mode.

This is a luxury 3 bedroom and 2 bath, direct oceanfront condo unit located on the second floor of the much-desired Topsail Dunes complex. From this special location you will experience expansive views of the glistening white sandy shoreline beaches of Topsail Island as well as the community pool and the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear. For families with kids, this is a great unit that allows you to watch over the kids at the pool from the large oceanfront balcony.

As you approach this unit from the outside walkway you will first enter into a large private screened porch area that is exclusively for the use of the guests of this unit only. This porch area has wonderful views of the Intracoastal and Bay areas to the rear of the property. To maximize your comfort and enjoyment of these wonderful views, you will find 4 high quality resin captain’s chairs along with matching tables facing directly towards the water view areas. This is also a great spot to enjoy those burning evening sunsets along the ICW.

As you depart this relaxing screened porch area and enter the unit itself, you will quickly notice the feel of new, all around you. This unit has been completely transformed into luxury. As you work your way forward to the living room you will be drawn to the wall of windows that face directly out to the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. WOW - this is what you came for and unit 2201 will certainly deliver some of the best views Topsail Dunes has to offer. From this living area - kitchen, dining and living room you will see the ocean from every window, and the pool is directly out front. It doesn’t get much better than this!

The living room is equipped with a large sofa with chase lounge, a love seat, two comfortable arm chairs that swivel, end table with lamps, wall art, ceiling fan, large flatscreen TV, WiFi throughout, direct access out to the large oceanfront balcony where you will find several high-quality resin captain’s chairs with matching tables. From this balcony you can totally relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf and the mesmerizing views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean.

The kitchen is magnificent as it’s been completely transformed with all new custom cabinetry with granite countertops and showcased with a beautiful tile backsplash. There is a large center island that also doubles as overflow dining for 2 guests. This island has lots of storage space as well as convenient USB charging ports. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a double door refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top range/oven combination, built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The cabinets are all well stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glassware, pot & pans and ample silverware. The flooring is all new with Luxury Plank (LVP) and will flow seamlessly throughout the unit.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for 6 at the table with 2 others at the kitchen center island area. This area is surrounded by a wall of windows and the views are simply magnificent. You will love dining by the sea.

The master suite is equipped with a king bed, dresser, night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV and ample closet space. The master also has its own private bath with granite topped vanity, large tiled walk-in shower with custom glass doors.

Bedroom 2 is across the hall from the master and is equipped with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over double), 5 drawer chest, ceiling fan and closet.

Bedroom 3 is to the rear of the unit and directly facing the Intracoastal and Bay areas along the rear of the Island. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan and ample closet space.

Just outside the door of bedroom 3 is the second bathroom that is equipped with a large walk-in shower and solid surface vanity. Just down the hallway you will find a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.

Gorgeous unit

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Many upgrades featured throughout. Large balcony overlooked the pool and ocean, which was perfect for us. If I were to suggest any improvements, it would be provide a larger coffee pot (like pictures depict) for such a big unit v/s a one-cup reservoir Keurig. And the bunk room mattresses were not the most comfortable, especially for older kids or adults. But overall, it was a very nice week and we did love that condo!
