A Shore Thing - 6BR Oceanfront House in North Topsail - Sleeps 16

When you arrive and crest the gravel driveway, you will be treated to a beautiful view of the home that you have chosen for your vacation week. Its set against a backdrop of other lovely homes and a massive dune structure. The house offers two large carports as well as additional parking to the rear allowing plenty of room for multiple vehicles.

This is a 6-bedroom, 6.5 bath direct oceanfront home that is equipped to sleep 16 guests comfortably. The bedding set-up is as follows: 2 kings, 3 queens, 1 bunk bed, daybed with twin trundle and a queen sleeper sofa.

The lower level has a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as four bedrooms each with its own private bath. Three of the bedrooms on this level have queen beds and the fourth has a bunk bed and a separate daybed with trundle (sleeps 4). Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV with cable and either internet connected BluRay players or smart TV features to allow access to your Netflix or other streaming channels. The two oceanfront bedrooms offer sliding glass doors with direct access to the oceanfront deck where you will find a large hot tub. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub with the sound of the surf in the background.

As you climb the stairs, you enter the open space of the main living area. The entire back wall is comprised of sliding glass doors (a wall of glass) opening to the deck and providing spectacular views of the ocean. The large kitchen provides plenty of room for gathering, entertaining and cooking. It includes everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and countertop appliances. The major appliances include a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven combination, microwave and a wine fridge. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.

The living room is outfitted with lots of comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV, end tables and coffee table, ceiling fan and wall art. The home stereo system is located on the main floor and includes speakers throughout the house including the outside decks. WiFi of course is available throughout the property.

As you make you way to the third floor, you will be greeted by an amazing ocean view through the giant central window. You may even need to pause at the landing to catch your breath. This level includes two grand master suites, each featuring a king bed, a large private bath, both with a large walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. Each of these bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to their own private balconies. These bedrooms also include large smart TV’s with cable and BluRay. Enjoy the amazing view from the third floor of one of the tallest homes in the area.

Outside you will find an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Many previous guests have described this very nice shower as a fun addition to their vacation experience.

Each of the decks provide beautiful ocean views and comfortable seating to enjoy this lovely beach experience. Follow the deck walkways across the lush dunes where you will find Topsail Island’s pristine beaches that can be enjoyed both on and off season.

You may not even feel the need to leave your little piece of paradise, but if you do, you will find yourself only a short 5-minute drive to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Watch carefully in the mornings and evenings; you will often see dolphins at play!

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
