This North side of a duplex features a 3-bedroom 3 bath and is oceanfront. The open concept living and dining features a modern kitchen with updated appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy the 2 oceanfront decks day or night, and you'll have the convenience of a shared direct access to head down to the beach anytime you need to feel the sand between your toes. An interior door links with the South side of the duplex, making it the perfect choice for large groups. Located on a deep lot in North Topsail Beach, you'll find plenty of quiet beach to explore. The sounds of the sea on the sundecks make this the perfect location for relaxing while you are starting or ending your day.

Sweet Dreams: *Linens (sheets and towels for King Bed, Queen Bed, Double Bed and only 1 Twin Bed) are included for all reservations 7 nights

Unwanted guests...

We understand that the house is on the beach and perhaps it's too difficult to keep the floors free of sand and the house free from bugs but roaches are not acceptable. Living room furniture needs to be replaced. Otherwise as advertised.

Beach Blessings North

Overall the house was nice. The sliding glass doors to the beach don’t lock, you have to use a piece of wood in the door jam. We killed about a dozen roaches in the kitchen. Placed a call to the realty company on the next to last day about them, and never received a return call. Could easily hear the folks on the other side of the double, a towel stuffed under the adjoining door helped a little. The mattress in the master bedroom was hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, it’s a nice property. Right on the beach. We went a little before peak season and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Nice to lay in bed at night and be able to hear the waves hitting the shoreline on the beach.

We had a fantastic time. The house was very clean and literally right on the beach. It had everything we needed and more. Hopefully we will be back!

Wonderful beach trip!

The house has recently gone through some upgrades, although the quality of the work was less than perfect. That being said, we loved our stay at North Topsail Beach. Wonderful beach access, beautiful beach. We could definitely hear the folks next to us - it is connecting if desired, so probably should have stuffed a towel under the connecting door to limit sound. Kitchen was adequately stocked, but more medium sized serving bowls would have been wonderful. We would definitely come back!

Nice getaway

Family of four stayed here. Location was spectacular. Right on the beach. Short drive to shops and restaurants. The house was clean and plenty of room for us. Not crowded and overall a great week of time on the water. There were some things that weren’t great, but not enough to worry about or report. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to open—especially for the kids and the outdoor shower area wasn’t cleaned from a prior vacationer. But other than that, no complaints. Would certainly stay again.
