C Breeze is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom oceanfront duplex with unobstructed ocean views, private beach access, and the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern luxury. With two stories of ocean views from the expansive decks, you’ll find yourself immersed in the serene beauty of the Atlantic.
Step inside to discover a haven of comfort and style. The interior boasts modern upgrades, creating a welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. The spacious living areas are adorned with coastal-inspired decor, providing a relaxing backdrop for your beach retreat.
Unwind in the comfort of four well-appointed bedrooms, offering plenty of space for relaxation and privacy. Guests will enter through the ground level and proceed up a set of stairs to the 1st floor. The first floor consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom (ocean facing) has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a TV, and a private deck access with ocean views. The second bedroom (street-facing) is a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one with a twin trundle. This room has a TV and deck access that also looks out to the street. The third bedroom (street-facing) has a king-sized bed, TV, and deck access shared with the bunk room. This bedroom and the bunk room share a hall bathroom.
Proceed upstairs to the 2nd floor to the main living area. The heart of this home is its well-designed open-concept living area that showcases a vibrant ambiance with freshly painted walls and captivating artwork. The main living space boasts an inviting atmosphere with bamboo shades, leather furnishings, end tables, and various multi-functional leather cubes that can serve as a coffee table, individual seating, or a footrest. Additionally, there's a TV console and a queen sofa bed for added comfort. The contemporary dining area features brand-new chairs and a table, creating an ideal setting for gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a 115-can beverage refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, an electric range with an air fryer, a Keurig coffee maker, and other convenient gadgets such as a crock pot and griddle. The master suite is on the 2nd floor which has a king-sized bed, a TV, private deck access (street-facing), and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. There is a half bathroom just outside the master that is convenient to the living room and kitchen.

There is a keyless entry lock on this door only. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
*For larger families, this home can be rented with the left unit of this duplex, "Laguna Sea #158". Guests can access both sides of the unit, as there is a door in between the units that can be unlocked.

Beautiful & clean
A few negatives but overwhelming positives. The front key code never worked properly. The top deck is in desperate need of sealing; it’s a splinter hazard. It also moves a bit in the wind. The sofa is quite old/worn out. Otherwise beautiful & very pleasant!

The home was well equipped with kitchen items & beach toys. The indoor furniture allowed all 8 of us to be comfortable when hanging out in the evening. It was great having a door inside leading to the adjoining unit, as our family occupied both sides of the duplex. The top deck provided a great view of the beach. Unfortunately the doors between the decks were rusted & we couldn’t go between balconies. The second floor patio wasn’t equipped for sitting & some of the wood could use replacing. We had a great stay & would stay here again.

The rental was very nice with really nice kitchen appliances and fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you will need! The only thing I wish was that they had screens on the windows and doors.

This house was in a great location, excellent, private beach access. Even though we only rented half the duplex, having others in the other side was not loud, or disturbing at all. Our original reservation was with AirBNB and was dropped after receipt of our first payment and picked up by Landmark. Landmark was wonderful with this transition, very communicative and even saved us a bit of money. Our only complaint was failing a/c upon our arrival. Again, Landmark was excellent in communication and had Coastal Property Repair out in good time to provide portable a/c units. An HVAC Tech was out the next day (a Sunday) with a fix that remarkably worked the remainder of our trip (zip ties holding the fan of one outside a/c unit on 2' significant rust). As a property owner myself, it falls to the owner to replace these units to avoid guests coming into this situation during one of the hottest weeks of the year. It was clear that this situation didn't JUST occur the day of our arrival. Other than that incident, this is a wonderful home, great for multiple family members.

We loved the ease of getting on and off the beach throughout the day, with a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing sandy kiddos. The beach was beautiful, with blue/turquoise water. We found lots of treasures on the beach, including sea glass, and so many shark teeth! Of note, there are some old concrete pillars from what might have been a jetty or pier at some point - these are underwater, slightly to the left of the house and you can only see them at low tide. One of our party unknowingly swam into one and got a pretty decent scratch on his leg. Take care and look out for these when playing in the water. The house is located in quieter North Topsail, which we appreciated. Stores, restaurants etc. are a 5-10 minute drive in either direction. There is a pizza place right across the street but when we tried to place an order they were too overwhelmed already. The house was perfect for 3 small families. We could not hear the people staying next door at all. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Of note, we could not find a grill on the property, so you may need to revise your meal plan if you're planning on grilling out. The top door from the kitchen also sticks, and was difficult for kiddos to open. Other than that, all was good.

Great location with direct access to the beach. Plenty of bedrooms for 8 people. When we reported the dryer seeming to overheat, the owners bought a new washer/dryer and had it delivered and installed in short order. Carpet in stairwell was musty.
